Swedish Viking metal veterans Amon Amarth have announced their thirteenth studio album, The Allfather Awakens, due October 2 via Metal Blade Records. The band unveiled lead single and video "Gjallarhorn" to mark the reveal.
They also confirmed a 28-date UK and mainland Europe tour, opening October 9 in Manchester and closing November 15 in Lisbon, with support from Orbit Culture and Soilwork. Expect an all-new theatrical stage production and an extended headline set.
