Ethel Cain opened the UK leg of the Willoughby Tucker Forever tour at the O2 Apollo in Manchester on October 2, 2025, returning to the same room the following night after demand prompted a second date. 9Million supported. The run continued to O2 Academy Glasgow on October 4 and London's Eventim Apollo on October 9, following the album released that summer.
